Hair-like worm on Acro colony?

Possibly a Chaetopteridae Worm of some kind. Sometimes acros grow over them.

I saw the video (taken down?). Not a vermatid. Like a small tentacle that sweeps around. Almost in the same fashion as a euphyllia sweeper would do. Very very thin.

Exactly, it’s like a tentacle thing that sweeps around and the Acro is encrusting around the base of it.

It definitely is not a Vermetid snail. I have those as well.

I mispelled- meant spionid worm but it also occurred to me that many acros have white tuffs which are mesenterial filaments, used as a defensive and nutritional mechanism. Could be what you’re seeing
