Originally I was going to send this to a nice farm upstate with the rest of the gorilla-style crabs, but I noticed its claws are slightly different. Is this another eats-everything crab like the gorillas, or is it more of a may-eat-things crab like mithrax crabs are?
How likely do we think this would be to eat mushroom corals and to kill smaller inverts? I'm trying to decide if I want to put it in a little mushroom lagoon pico setup, or send it to the farm alongside the gorillas.

If he’s unfriendly towards your corals, could always make a nice addition to a sump or refugium if you have one. Chuck a bit of food down for it occasionally and dont do your top ups directly in his section of the sump

I have a HOB 'fuge, but it's currently occupied by a gorilla crab that would probably kill him. And I'm mainly concerned that he'd kill the unknown black crab, which I can't replace as easily as I could a mushroom coral.

Appears to be either a decorator crab or Hilo collector crab but need better angle in pics

What angle do you need?

It's definitely neither of those. Pretty standard bulky, hairy crab shape, not the teardrop body that decorator and collector crabs have.
