hairy mushroom not opening

Hi all, my mushroom has not opened fully for a couple of days. All parameters in check, I reduced my white light a bit on Sunday and thought that was the cause but noticed some light coloured patches, could this be a disease?

There were 2 large heads and a small head. It looks like the small head has coralline in it

Sal 1.024 Nitrate 5-10ppm Phos .05ppm calc 430 mag 1250. Total system is 50g and do 10% water change each week. Tank is 3 months old
