Hairy mushroom puking guts?

Saw this on combing out of a hairy mushroom, looked up and saw it might be puking up guts. Anyone have insight on what this is/what could cause it?

That could be it, maybe the torch is too close.

I have a mushroom that does it . Every time iv seen it do it there has been a bristle worm taking a short cut across it

in second pic you can see bristle worm just under it

Mesenterial filaments expelled temporarily is a common response to changes in water chemistry or other stressors. The filaments typically withdraw to a normal state without intervention.

Thanks for all the input everyone! Mine has had this from a few days now, I moved a torch away from it and it looks tons better, and is more stretched out, but still has some "Mesenterial filaments" still exposed. I'll keep an eye out for bristle worms, haven't seen any, but i'm sure they are in there.
