Hairy powdery algae

I’ve got this growing in a newly cycled tank which is about 3 months old. The stary blenny eats it but it continues to grow and won’t go away. It comes off with a tooth brush and some can even blow away with a turkey baster. Looking to identify what exactly it is?

Green hair algae. Suck it out with the siphon when u scrub it with the toothbrush. Are your parameters in order? Using RoDi?
