I was hoping you would say yes....I love Magma's but I have a big Flame male (that I bought as a small female) and I'm sure he wouldn't tolerate the Magma.

I’d maybe try it with a bigger tank. You have 5 foot tank right?

6 foot but I still won't try it. Already pushed the envelope once (C. roseafascia).

Yeah I get that. I have a buddy with four flames and they are all turning male. He knew the risks but loves the Jordani

Thanks. No but Doug has been trying to source one too I think. I got this one from buddy in California.

Haha! Got his from buddy with connections in California. I’ve had him in QT for about 30 days. I had him in box for close to week. Shutmani would flash all over the box at dusk like he does to everyone. That stops so I waited a day or so then release. Well... dang Rubricaudalis chased him relentlessly. The next morning the Earlei started to chase back. Crazy whirlwind of circle chasing. So pulled the Rubricaudalis and now buddy has him.

Don’t know why but assume it was similar color and size I guess. Just weird.

All was fine today. He eats like a pig and was eating nori too.
