so tomorrow I am getting my anemone in....so excited my question is what is the best light for him? I have the black box led it just has increments of 5 around the knobs just want to make sure I get this right

Congrats. Any full spectrum lighting. He should do fine under LED's.

Those anemones are very hardy and super easy to keep. Might eat a fish though. ;-)

Hopefully he won't eat any fish lol I'll be feeding it.....how do I need to go about acclimating it ? And do I keep it in the water the whole time even when putting in my tank and I'm assuming I need to wear latex gloves or rubber whateve

i always float the bag temp acclimate for 15-20 min then add a little water for 45 min to an hour so far its worked for my nems some people the sting can be worse for i dont worry about it when iam touching nems i would were a glove just to be safe side

Mine has hosted my 2 snowflake clowns despite the fact this species doesn't typically. It settled 18" down at the bottom of my tank, less light and flow where it is. About 100 par. It moved there after a day or two, and hasn't moved at all since. Ironically it's in a dead spot in flow where all the detritus settles. Good and bad. It's eats it, but because of constantly absorbing garbage it's not bright white anymore. I've also handed it without gloves with no issue. I kept them in a spaghetti strainer for about a week to get them to host.
