Half Banded Flasher Wrasse

Due to my lfs being awesome, I will be receiving a half banded flasher wrasse in a shipment in about a week. I was hoping for some guidance from anybody thats kept these guys before. I know that I will be getting a make and i plan on adding him in with my pair of flame wrasses. any advice welcome

I would use an acclimation box just to be safe. I don't think you will have any issues from your flames, however.

I'm sure you're aware of this but your female flame won't stay female. You will eventually end up with two males and need to have a plan in place to rehome one when it happens (or before).
