In a nuvo 60 gallon tank can I keep 2 yellow coris wrasses?
Or a yellow coris wrasse and a radiand/ iridis wrasse?
Do they have to be added at the same time or can I add one then add the other months later?

I probably would add at same time....

How long have you had them together?

since late November

i did add the red line then the yellow a week later, i'd add them same time if possible. i figured it was only a week the red line won't be established, wrong! although the aggression was weak and not concerning at all. i was more worried about my orchid dottyback who was mean to the red line, but didn't bother the yellow at all. go figure

A yellow and iridis should be fine together. Adding them together is easier. You other fish choices are fine as well.

You can keep two of different species. Definitely don't put 2 Yellow Wrasses in there. In captivity wrasses often revert to male and so the odds are pretty high that you will end up with two males that will try and kill each other. Sometimes Halichoeres will mix and sometimes they won't. The Radiant and Yellow combo is more likely to be successful than say a Melanurus and a Green Coris Wrasse.
