what can I expect with my Halloween hermit crab?

Part of you cleanup crew...it will eat the leftovers from feedings and algae. Is there are particular concern you have?

As far as what? Mine is very passive. The only thing about halloween hermits is you need to get them cone shells (like these) and not the regular round opening shells.

I have read they can be aggressive to the rest of the crew and may eat small fish

I've not heard of them eating small fish, but they will attack snails for their shells - to @Squishie89's point, you should provide him some shells.
