Standard DOA, Package received & signed for on the first attempt. The buyer will email or text clear pictures of any dead coral in it's unopened bag or container within the first 2 hours of delivery/pickup. Communication is KEY. Yes. I've sent Pay Pal as a gift when I've purchased on R2R as have reefers who've purchased from me, so no fees for anyone I received my corals alive & healthy, or had the seller stand by their DOA policy every single time as did my customers.
If you're genuinely interested in owning some Hallucinations, PM me lets negotiate a slightly better price or perhaps a freebie polyp to make you feel better about those pesky fees, should you insist on not gifting
