Sometimes I give my wrasses ham and they love it. Its like a tiny price and its only a treat is this ok or not

Ham is protein, fat, a little carbohydrate salt and a small bit of nitrite. Balanced its not - nutritious - yes. I fed my discus some banana bread today - they loved it.

O they are feed mysis and brine shrimp I was just wondering cause like once a week I give them a little piece

What next burgers. Simply the fact a fish appears to love it does not mean it's good for them or in anyway healthy.
To be fair burgers aren't good for anything or anyone... Treats aren't intended for health but for a treat, for a moment of joy. I wouldn't feed my fish ham but can see why someone would want to treat their pet. I don't force my dogs to eat kibble daily either because I love them and treat them kindly. I want my pets happy and theirs lives enjoyable.

Well I guess ill get more black worms for there diet I like to mix it up as much as possible because I dont want 50 dollars wrasses to be Mal nurissed
