Hamilton T5 80w HO lamps?

Has anyone tried the Hamilton T5 80w HO lamps or any other brand with that wattage? Thinking about replacing my lamps with these. Currently have T5 54w HO's.

Are you referring to VHO T5 bulbs? These bulbs are higher wattage, and offer more output, but you would need to have a VHO T5 fixture. Using these bulbs in a HO fixture would not give you additional wattage.

Got a question for u chris. My bulbs came in today. What order from front to back would you put these bulbs in my light fixture. This is a 4 bulb unit.

Bought 3 Blue Plus, 2 Coral Plus and 1 Aquablue.

Would like to add I love the blueish color in the tank. Also have a few corals in there as well. Just want what's best for my tank.
