Hammer coral acting weird please help

Corals acting super weird looks like some of the tentacles are stuck to themselves never seen this before. There are a few small black dots on those tentacles. I have a mixed reef tank every coral in the tank is happy except for this one. I do have coral RX if I need to dip but I'm not sure. Looking for any advice or if anyones seen this before.

I can do some tests real quick and list parameters

One thing I did do about 2 days ago is move the rock that it's sitting on about 2 in to the right
