Hi. First thing I have to say is I made a mistake (I guess), by feeding my clownfish some pellets soaked with mashed garlic. My clownfish had white strings from it and I suspected internal parasites. It came to me after asking in R2R that feeding garlic was a no-no since it only just entices eating for the fish.

Now to my problem. I mightve overdosed the tank with garlic water or some sort. And that was when my Hammer coral started to close/shrink. I suspect the garlic is the cause of this.
I fed my fishes garlic the last 2 days and yesterday. I stopped yesterday after seeing it affecting my hammer. I did a 20% water change ( I have a 20gallon AIO tank) and waited the night. It seemed to be still unhappy. What can I do to help this fella out? Im scared Im losing him as he is my first LPS coral. My GSP seem to be fine right now.

Also,my tank is undergoing a Diatom bloom. Idk if this affects it but I dont think so.

Should I do more water changes? Should I leave it be? ( I added some activated carbon to my filter). or what else should I do?

I just mashed some home garlic and soaked my pellets in it :').
To be honest, I only have 2 testers right now which are ammonia and nitrite. I use the Salifert ones.

I havent changed anything regarding their flow or light cause I didnt move them or any powerheads.
I maintain my salinity at 1.023 - 1.024.
I guess my Nitrates are low cause I did a water change.
Ammonia suddenly read <0.15ppm but Im not sure if its an error or something.
Nitrite 0.
My alk tester is on the way, what numbers should I expect?

should I do another 10% water change?

I found mine needed to be spot fead to be healthy.
I see. How often and what do you feed it? Ive mysis shrimp on the way. Right now I only have fish pellets and Brightwell s Zooplanktos-s.
How long did it take for it to be healthy again?

Salinity- 1.025 and if on bottom, get it away from sand which will irritate it
