I have a hammer coral that seems to be constricting at the base where it attaches to the stem. Any ideas?

Hi, need more info, how long have you had hammer, did you QT, dip, have other euphy's , any signs on them ?
params ,clear pics could help .
EEFW ? Hope not... :)

Looks a little pale IMO, it could also be that some peraters have shifted (light intensity, nutrients, flow, etc.) And now it's just growing in a different way. Very very very very unsual for self skeletal canibalism.

To me it just kinda looks like at one point it was that skinny and now its growing/splitting.

it almost looks like its getting ready to bail....

It seems almost bleached, is that possible?
