So I just bought a green hammer coral about a week ago I noticed it wasn’t doing well in it’s temporary location and tried relocating it but the polyps ejected from the skeleton what can and should I do?

unfortunately that coral is dead...once that skeleton shows where there is nothing left to it, it will not come back..

Ok thanks… what might have caused this? My parameters have be stable for ages sure my ph is a little low but my other stoneys are thriving was it maybe not getting enough light?

Regardless of the stability, IMO, one or more of your parameters are likely off. Would help to see a picture of one of your thriving stoney's, a larger shot of the tank in general, what your parameters are and what test kits you are using.

I know it doesn’t look good but when I got that guy a 3 months ago it was a half dead freebie still missing two polyps from the original but it’s getting stronger every day

What light is that? I think that is a major issue there. Very subpar light and way too dim.
Sorry about your hammer bailout but the other LPS is not thriving either. I would say it's hanging on but that's about it for 3 months in your tank. What are your tank parameters?
