I got this Hammer about a month ago and was wondering if it looks healthy? It is splitting into two heads I believe. Along with that this is the most it will ever come out. I’m running prime 16 hd. I’m in no alarm as there is no recession or anything. I was just wondering. Thanks

How much flow is it receiving, what other coral do you have, how old is the tank, what are your water parameters. More info please

My dude is that aptasia all over that rock? Also judging by the rest of your collection i wouldn't worry too much. I have the same thing with the same coral. Literally has been that small for almost 2 years yet the one i bought at the same time with the same amount of heads (2), now have 15 and is huge un comparison. However i did set up a frag tank a week ago tied to the same system with the same type of light at the same hight only i raised the intensity and its actually showing more signs of life. So take that for whatever its worth. You vould move its location a little higher and watch it over a few weeks.

Yes I have a bad outbreak, put infected rock in a temp tank with copper band and peppermint shrimp, work in progress

It looks pretty good to me. Puffed up. Does it wobble a bit in the flow?

I am a big fan of that "Toxic" pattern on hammers. I like to keep mine higher up on the rocks to keep the snails and hermits away from the polyps and usually because there is better light and flow up there.
