I have had it for almost 2 months. The thing is I’ve never seen it like this. Usually the stems are thick and it holds the heads in place now I seen them skinny deflated and the heads flop aroundDoesn’t look bad. Tissue isn’t receding. Does it get moderate flow? How long have you had it?
Ok so I panicked lol,They sometimes will go through periods where they act up. Your nitrates are a little high. How about your phosphates? And flow?

Sorry I test in phosphorus ppb and I got 29.089 phosphate
Or 29ppb phosphorus
Water change maybe? Not bad but also a bit high. I’d try to get nitrates down around 3-7 and phosphates to around .02-.06. Make sure u have moderate flow.
