Hammer Coral Not Looking Good

Just got this Hammer on Monday. Yesterday it started looking bad and had slime coming out of it. It's mouth is open and it just looks bad. The other Hammer and blasto look perfect and my Anemones look good. Does this one look like it's going to bite the dust?

It looks white to me. It's not a lot. Thin and one string. I added an additional picture from other side.
