Hey everyone I have a hammer coral that looks like it’s in a good spot and looks happy. My question is if it’s okay because it looks like a torch coral I don’t know if supposed to be extended that much. I will try to get a video of picture up

I wouldn't worry too much. They change their appearance a lot depending on light, flow, whether they have eaten or not etc. The only think you don't want to see too much of is them fully retracted.

He stays like that way throughout the day until lights go off. I was just wondering if that is bad for him to be like that?

It’s happy. I have a few that look weird too, over time they are looking more normal, still pretty weird. Very healthy though.
