I have a fairly large hammer coral but lately I've noticed that two of the heads on one side do not show much polyp extension. Is that something that happens occasionally? Could it be sick? Should I dip?

Could be getting too much flow? My hammer closed up a little on one side when I moved my powerhead.

I guess that possible... its directly under an mp40 at the bottom of the tank in a pretty low flow spot... maybe I should knock the mp40's back a notch and see what happens...

My hammer gets hit with flow from one side and that side stays tightened up compared to the leeward side.
