Hammer coral question

Hi I have a hammer coral. New to lps. The sweeper tentacles I'm seeing seem to be a faded color compared to the rest of the tentacles. Is that normal? Their tips are yellow under blue light and the tentacles were pink when I bought it a couple of weeks ago. Everything else looks exactly the same it's just the sweepers. Also should the tentacles be that spread out?
