Hammer coral Shrinking??

The skeleton of my hammer coral has shrunk back. This hammer coral is 3 months old and it used to be a bit bigger at the base and I can now see that it has shrunk!

So maybe it is not the base. I am jus being very critical. The polyps are certainly not as happy though.

What’s nutrient levels currently and how stable do they run?
