So I was doing some work in the display and I had a little cut on my wrist, I knew I brushed up against the hammer because it stung like crazy. Now 2 days later its swollen and red and has a little pus starting... What do I do?

You never know what your allergic too, any swollen tissue after 48 hours indicates some level of allergy.
Agree above see a doctor, creams for poison ivy will provide some relief while you wait for your appointment or a single dose of Benadryl.
Triple antibiotic cream can also be applied.
i use my coral dip detol for any scrapes i get in my tank.
There are at least 3 genus’s of bacteria common in our tanks that can cause human illnesses, some requiring few individuals to cause an infection.

If you have Iodine available you can use some of it as well.

Thanks everyone. Its been a couple days and I just cleaned it with peroxide and used neosporin and it's not even red anymore. I was freaking out for a second...

If there is Puss, it is infected. Go see a doctor.
