Hammer coral unhappy.

Hey Guys!
I have a 4-5 month old tank and today I woke up to find my hammer coral less open than usual. My leather coral is also slightly unhappy and appears to have dark areas where the polys are not out... For my hammer, I believe there are some worms (forgot the name of them) on the base. I am not too sure about the leather but that guy has been closed up about an hour or two before the lights turn off for the last couple of days and I have been suspecting something, so I am unsure. I also notice some orange type of algae or sponge on the rock attached to the leather. Another thing... Last night I notice some white dots on the back wall and did some research. Apparently they are either copepods or some type of worm (beneficial), but I thought I would ask while I am at it. I will send through some pictures. Thanks guys!!! I am about to do my weekly water change so yeah!

All in all neither look to bad. Leathers do occasionally shed.
As for the hammer, they also have their moments when they aren't fully extended.
Best guess, a water change will help things

Thank you! I just thought that I would just check in case... My tank is typically well behaved and my leather certainly has its moments. I will do a water change now and it should all be fine. The hammer is opening up more now. Thanks!
