Hey, how much more will this hammer grow? It currently has 3 heads. Will it split into more heads? What does it take to split/grow.

It will eventually grow. Each head splits into 2, but it takes a long time to build the skeleton. I have one hammer that is only 4 heads after 2 years (started as a double), and another that is 4 heads after less than one year (was 1 head).

All depends on water parameters. 2-4 heads a year I would say is normal. This is mine for example, started off as two small heads, and now is 3 large heads after 4 months or so. My frogspawn is a faster grower, started as 1 small head and is now 3 or 4 large heads in the same time.

I do weekly 20 percent water changes, feed heavily(IMO at least) My daily feeding schedule is I broadcast feed 2 cubes of mysis or brine, whatever I have at the moment, 1 similar size piece of reef freenzy(really good food but expensive), and rip up a few pieces of krill. I feed them directly once a week when i feed my goniopora and other corals reef-roids.
I add reef builder every 2-3 days to keep alk up, once a week or so add a bit of calcium, I use red sea AB+, and they seem to like it.

There are acres of Euphylliids in the wild, they can grow quite fast and get very large in aquariums, especially with frequent feedings.

Gotcha, I do weekly water changes. About 10%. I use absolute aminos, AB+, coral nectar and trace colors. I just started target feeding them reef roids and going to start mysis. I also have gold pods that I haven’t used and attic pods that I haven’t used. Will those be good?

I haven't used gold or attic pods, but im sure they can't hurt. I really do recommend trying reef frenzy. Great food, but like I said above it does cost a lot(they say they use food grade). They make different blends, and if you ask most people on here who have used it, they will say the same.
The ingredients on the reef frenzy:
Fresh Wild Caught Scallop
Fresh Wild Caught, Hand Peeled Shrimp
Fresh Wild Caught Ocean Perch and Whitefish
Premium Piscine Energetics Mysis Shrimp
Squid
Euphausia pacifica krill
Fresh Shucked Oysters and Clams
Zooplankton and Rotifers
Seaweed (Porphyra)
Blanched Broccoli Flowers (Rich in Vit A&D)
Oyster Eggs and Ovarian Tissue
Highly Unsaturated Fatty Acids
Buffered ascorbic acid added as an antioxidant
D. salina algae (Beta carotene to boost pigmentation, immunity)
LRS Probiotics (Learn about them HERE)

This guys(Mr. Saltwater Tank TV ) video was the one that got me to try it after seeing how it was made.

It all depends on the specific type. My yellow hammer went from 2 heads to at least 20 in about 3 years. I sold off half last month and it's already putting out new ones.

I've had mine about 3 months and it was starting to split when I bought it. It's currently at 3 separate heads and the 3rd is showing signs of splitting now. It took about 2 months for the initial 2 to completely separate though.
