Possibly a change in lighting is not making them happy.

Phosphate at 10ppm?
Either way out of line or test/posting error.
Should be say 0.05 to .15ppm or a bit higher if mature system.

Maybe your number is incorrect and your Seachem is mopping up to much, too fast.

Could you post other parameters as well? Alkalinity is a very important factor in keeping healthy euphyllia/fimbriaphyllia, and if it drops lower than about 8 dKH, you’ll see a significant drop in polyp extension.

What does your water change process look like? Do you disturb the sandbed a lot? I ask because the water in the picture looks rather cloudy.

Not home right now so i couldnt give you accurate results but yes i had changed my filter floss out before that pic and accidentally dropped it so it will clear up later but should i do a large water change maybe around 30-40%

When you do get home try to test your alk and test your phosphates then please post . Phosphate imo should be from 0.05 - 0.2 , I keep mine around 0.1 and I consistently dose alk to maintain 81/2 - 9 dkh
Yeah ive had alot of trouble with phosphate should i do a 30-40% water change

Im not sure where your phosphate is at or how it got that way.

If the torch is great but the hammers bad, I’m not sure that’s a water issue.

What livestock is in there?

Two wyoming white clowns fire fish a coral beauty and my cuc is some snails and blue leg crabs and red ones

Oh, there you go, CB known for tasting stingless corals.
May not be fatal.
You think i havent seen it doing anything but i did run out of his food that had sponge in it i know they need some sponge in their diet

just tested alk is sitting between 8-8 1/2

When you get home you should test and give us all the numbers you have, that will help us further assist than just tackling it blindly

in my experience, torches have been far more tolerant of swings or water issues than my hammers or frogspawns were. May be individual experience, or if perhaps they do tend to respond differently.
