What should I do it’s not looking good

Well, it is showing skeleton around the edges, but I don't think it is dead yet. It just looks ticked off about something and may still bounce back.
Test all your parameters (SG, Alk, Ca, Mg, etc...) and see how your tank is right now. Also, if you just put this into your tank, then putting a little lower in the tank to minimize bright lights and allowing it to adapt to your system is a good option. The frag plug looks pretty clean...I'm assuming this is a newly cut frag and new to the system.

Everything is doing well nothing bad it’s I just did a 3 gallon water change and it’s been very happy. It’s just not looking the greatest right now.

How long have you had it in your tank? If you added it within the last few days, it's probably getting too much light as mentioned above. Especially if you're using LEDs.

I got him at the reef stock in Denver Colorado a couple weeks ago I’m also using the Ai prime 16hd. Just the one though

Parameters?
I just did a water change so they may not be the most accurate. Last time I checked they were looking really good and all my corals were doing amazing then this week my hammer isn’t looking happy and my torch isn’t either but ive heard torches tend to do that close up at random Times

Turns out my torch is pooping lol just noticed the brown string coming from it’s mouth haha gross.

I haven't experienced that with torches, my acans on the other hand will close up for a few hours every once in a while (used to freak me out). Your hammer doesn't look good, it could be a number of issues (lighting being one of them) but ime it should be fully settled in by now unless there's a parameter issue... How old is the tank?

i'd pay attention to that and make sure its not brown jelly disease if it is almost 100% gonna die
No it’s definitely not that. Yea the hammers looking like it’s going to go. But it is what it is no one’s perfect and mistakes and nature can take its way. The tanks almost three months old

It looks like it’s right down in a crevice. Was it getting enough flow that it’s tentacles were always in motion before it closed up? What are you using for flow in your tank?

The hammer or torch. They both had enough flow I’m using the jebao wave maker and sump for IM 30

Was talking about the hammer. Neither look very good at all. The hammer isn’t dead but is pretty far gone. How did you acclimate them to your tank? Did you float and drip them? Did you dip them in anything?

You really need to check your parameters. What numbers do you try to keep. For instance, I keep my salinity at 1.026, Alkalinity 8.3-8.5, Calcium 430, Magnesium 1350.
Do you make you own saltwater or buy it from LFS? If you make it yourself, do you use ro/di water?
How do you top off your water? Do you have an ATOor do you do it yourself?

These things are really important to have a successful reef tank

I dropped them both. And no I did not dip them. Don’t have any of that stuff money is kinda limited.
