Channel 1 (actinics) 80% and Channel 2 (daylights) 60%
Working on a PAR map, this is what I have so far; first number is CH1 and 2nd number is both channels

How about the gyres? What's ur flow settings and %. 330s are yuuuuuche.

Im picking up a 125 full setup this weekend from someone who decided this hobby isn't for them after a little over a year. Love your build and look forward to your updates.

Gyres are great, not really sure about settings.... one of those things I change them all the time and really don't see a whole lot of difference. I think the best set up would be to have two of the maxspect running in tandem complementing each other, think of getting a second gyre unit to give this a try. The ice and maxspect cannot be connected together at least without rewiring the plugs. There are a lot of settings which is nice to adjust for each individual tank. Overall very happy with them, but there is definitely a learning curve to figure out what works best. Caution on reverse gyre mode, you need different parts, reverse cage and it will blow all your sand up!!! I put rocks directly under to try and stop sand storm, didn't work so great....

I just have them set to random, max 40%. But I rotate 1 side of each gyrez' cage about 30° lower than its partner. Keeps everything mixed up well.
