Hammer issue

This morning we noticed that our Hammer isn’t opening fully like it usually is by this time of day. I adjusted the flow and noticed on the left side new growth. Poor picture I know. It has been fine. Any advice would be appropriated , thank you Dan

It started just this morning. I don’t see any brown jelly or flat worms. I was thinking about doing a water change and adding some carbon to the media reactor?

Have you changed the lighting, I have 3 hammers, 1 wall and 2 branching and have noticed that none of them like a change in lighting and flow and need some time to adjust before they are happy again.

I bumped the yellow from 65 to 70 and red to 65? That was about 2 weeks ago.

That's not much, I would test parameters before a water change.

That doesn't look bad at all, might just be a flow issue as you said you recently changed it. I would check ammonia also.

Forgot to add it,it’s 0 Thank you for your assistance. I just checked it,looks a lot more fuller then this morning. It’s my baby, we have had him a long time.

Just a follow up on the Hammer. It developed the brown jelly disease. Unfortunately, he’s with Davy Jones. I don’t know what we did wrong? Thank you for your assistance. Dan

Follow up on Hammer issue. It developed the Brown Jelly disease overnight. He is now with Davey Jones’s. Not sure what we dis wrong? He was doing fine and then bam. Thanks Dan
