Hammer looking weird. Pest or Pathogen

Hey all just wanted to see if anyone could identify what is going on with this hammer. It has slowing started losing tentacles and small black dots will appear on polyp. Took this thing out of the display just monitoring now.

Could be getting picked at. Any hungry fish in your tank?

It's actually white bugs. I found a frogspawn with them on it to, and after doing some research it's definitely them. They will appear on the tentacles and then the tentacles become shriveled up like this coral you see. I've tried KCl and now I need to try coralrx. If that doesn't work I will be looking into interceptor.
