Hey everyone, quick question. I have a hammer than is two headed (on the smaller side), and the polyps are not extending all that much. Could it be because I have the skeleton mounted sideways(horizontal), rather than standing up. It's in a medium flow area, and I have a hammer right next to it that is fully extended, but this one doesn't get more than about 1" of polyp extension.

Any assistance would be much appreciated! I've circled the hammer in question. You can see how it looks compared to the other hammer next to it.

Thanks!

How long has it been closed for ?

I'd say about 2 weeks or so. It will open up to the extent it is in the picture during the day, and then at nighttime it sucks back up into the skeleton, and then emerges again once the lights come back on.
