My hammer has been doing well but it is swaying more before the lights come on and then it kind of turns to a mat as the day progresses it looks better all the time but it never sways like the ones on the internet unless it's lights off hard to take a decent pic with the lights off so here is a pic at the end of the day also does any love know what these are

Some hammers are like that, but they also change depending on the flow, it might also still just be acclimating.
The hammer went through a phase where it looked like crap and this is nice and fluffy for this guy maybe I have a short tentacle hammer of some kind.... For the most part I would say this is a lower flow tanki only have a 225 g per hour hydor and the stock return pump on a20g waterbox cube.... Would higher flow tighten up the Coral or make it sway more.... Like I said I wouldn't think I had too much flow in this setup

They respond to both light and water flow which both should be moderate.

Temp 77-79
salinity 1.025
ph 8.2
nitrate < .04
Phos < .04
alk 8-9
mag 1300
CA 440

It depends I use to have my hammer in very high flow but moderate light. Was fat and puffy and swayed every which way. I caught Dino’s and it hasn’t been happy since. Stays tucked in for the most part during the day but gets like yours at night. Still working on Dino’s but I hope it goes back soon

On Prime , try this even for a week or two and see how coral responds:

blue - 80%
uv 55%
white 30%
red 4%
green 3%
violet 60%

salinity, bring down one point to 1.025
Nitrate could be a bit lower
Im not seeing dino but you can add 1ml per 10 gallons at night which is safe for coral

I actually had a round with dino I think I still have it but it doesn't run the tank like it did I used dr tims refresh and waste away as per instructions on website and brs and black out and then green killing machine uv and finally got it to controllable level of balance and that also happened around the time that green hair algae started to to come back around

If you feel you have dino, bring whites down to 5% and blues at 50% -No red or green for now and dose 1ml of hydrogen peroxide per 10 gallons at night and dose 1ml of liquid bacteria per 10 gallons during the day. Clean filter daily and do all this for 5 days. Will clean up the tank
