Hammer question

So I'm pretty new to reef keeping, been doing a lot of reading but was wondering if the stretched mouth on this hammer was it splitting or not. It was a little bleached when I got it but seems happy now. Thank you in advance!

It's probably related to flow or just an exchange of fluids
 
Fluid exchange just when the coral releases fluid. It's Perfectly Normal
 
I got it in a tank from someone getting out of the hobby 3 weeks ago, I moved it into my 29 biocube 2 weeks ago because it was unhappy in the other tank, bleached and retracted. Here is a full picture of it:

The piece looks very healthy
 
So just to update this thread just in case anyone else is searching for this. I have learned that it was the head splitting!! It now has 2 mouths and 2 more of its heads are beginning to do the same thing. Here are some pictures from today:
