hammer turning around in health?

My tank went downhill quickly, all my new acro frags dies except for two out of 10. My hammer Ive had stince 2017 was dying (exposed pieces of skeleton. I might have foudn the reason -- happened right afer I added some LifeRocks to the tank, somehow they must have absored soemthing in storage etc.. I took them out and did major water changes.
Hammer is looking better, acros seem to be.

Here's a pic of part of the hammer it has longer more full tentacles here, which I actually rarely seen. That looks like a healthy sign to me, not being an expert on hammer (it's a wall hammer, not a branching). skeleton is about 6-7" across.

Is it a sign of recovery?

normally they extend them when the are "happy" so in my opinion that looks like a good sign.
