So my Hammer fell over and simply tried to put it back up right, and then I noticed 2 heads fell off and now they are in the sand, is there anyway to correct this or so sorry? Thanks In Advance

Did the skeleton break, or did the flesh completely separate? If the latter, it's commonly referred to as polyp bailout. I don't know any cases of saving a polyp from bailout, but it may be possible. But it's likely a lost cause. If you try to save it, a mushroom box is probably your best bet.

The later so polyp bailout,
I do have a mushroom box so I will give it a try.
Thanks

Definitely worth a shot. There's a VERY small chance of it living/regenerating skeleton. I'm not aware of it happening, but it's a sessile coral's last ditch attempt at self-preservation. I'm aware of one case of a totally different coral (elegance) attaching to a tile and generating skeleton. Was probably posted on this forum.
