Hello yesterday one if the heads had a small white dot. Didn’t think it could be anything.
I’m new to Euphyllia so I’m not sure if this is normal.
Today I looked the white spot is bigger and another spot popped up on another head. What is this??

The cottony looking white stuff you circled looks like sponge. The white dot is a spirorbid worm, possible vermetid above it.
Sponge can grow out of a hammer? Also do I need to pluck off the vermetid snails if that red dot is one?

They can grow on the skeleton of coral. If you're sure it's coming out of the coral maybe it's the coral's mesenterial filaments. Search the term and see if it looks the same. Vermetids are dealt with by either removing 100% of the tube and base or just gluing the tip shut.
Is mesenterial filament a bad sign?

Yeah, typically from stress as far as I know.
I moved my tank 5 days ago and some of the sand lifted up. Could this have caused the coral to stress out? The nitrate in the tank went up a little not a huge amount. I did a water change 3 days ago the nitrate is at 10 now. Will it be okay? or do i need to do something spcial to make sure it recovers?

Did you search mesenterial filaments? Does it look like that? To me it just looks like some sponge but you're the one with eyes on it. Nitrate of 10 is very good. I would aim to keep it there. Coral also need phosphate, a level of 0.03 - 0.1 is a good range. I aim for 0.08 ppm PO4 and 12 ppm NO3. I don't think a small nitrate spike would bother it. It looks to be doing fine in the photos so I would just watch it and make sure it's recovering. If not, an iodine dip can help prevent infections that euphyllia corals are prone to.
okay thank you if i gets worse i might try an iodine dip. I dont think its mesenterial filament but not sure what else it could be
