My hammer coral decided to divided itself one stayed on its original post the other was
floating around so I put it in a dish with cover it doing fine my question how to fast end it
To another plug I tried is glue and it don't stay on if I put rubble in dish with it will it adhear
On its own ???
 
I'm afraid that a piece just came off.
Hammers don't divide themselves like that.
Do you care to share any pics of both pieces?
 
Polyp Bailout perhaps? While this isn't necessarily a good thing, given time and the right conditions that mass of tissue could grow a skeleton. I wouldn't hold your breath though. Your really going to have to pay some close attention to this piece and it may be more trouble than it's worth IMO.
