Hammers head coming off

I went up north for a day and came back to my hammer tipped over slightly. I have had it since January. It is always plump and fully extended. It looks like one of the heads was ripped off. The others are not fully extended bc I was just monkeying with it. It’s been on the sand with my fluval reef light. It had looked happy until this

Calcium has been stable at 380 since tank start up in December. Alk has increased recently from 7.9 to 8.9 with more evaporation and I’m using kalk in ATo
