Can I dose microbacter and NOPOX(Red Sea) togther or should I just stick to one? Trying to improve water quality since I wanna start some sps

They approach bacterial uptake of nutrients from different standpoints, and there's no reason they cannot work together, maybe just side by side but maybe more useful than that in some scenarios (such as the organic carbon dosing promoting cyanobacteria while the bacteria in MB7 may (emphasis on may) provide some of the right bacteria to consume the organics dosed and so outcompete the cyano or other undesirable bacteria. :)

Well I've been using both for almost two weeks and see no difference in the tank.

Still indicates 0

And I started with 2ml the first week and this week am using 3ml

Ah, OK. 0 ppm on a kit doesn't necessarily mean a while lot of algae are taking it up radidly.

If you do not get an adequate result from the NOPOX after a while, you might try using a phosphate binder in addition to the organic carbon dosing. . :)
