Handicapped Fish?

I have a Priscilla Tetra in my freshwater tank that I thought was diseased and on its way out. I separated him and medicated him. He can barely swim. I felt bad having him by himself without any friends and when he didn’t die after two weeks I put him back. He looked so happy. He still looks like he is going to die any minute and can barely swim but he looks super happy with his friends. That made me wonder if anyone else has the same experience, specifically in the marine hobby.

What does it swim like? Could be an injury or swim bladder issue.
