Hi
I have few tanks- DT, hospital, freshwater. My fish got ich so I moved them to hospital tank. And I try to do my best and do not contaminate each other. I have a glass scraper in my DT which has ich and I would like to move this scrapper to my fresh water tank. Can I do it just like that or do I need to treat it somehow? Like boiling water or bleach?

How about my hands? For instance when I move coral in DT and then I would like to feed my fish in hospital tank. Washing my hands is enough? Soap is necessary? How can I do it safely to not waste fallow period?
How do you guys handle such operations?

wash in between every time/item

no soap, just tap ,i when handling lots of zoas have a small bucket 75% bleach 25 water to dip hands in then rinse w tap
