I have a 180 gallon tank and it has 1 hang on over flow box with 2 - 1" drains in it and it is very noise.
So what would be better to make it QUITE! Maggie Muffler Mini or stand pipe that I found on Premium Aquatics?

Info on my over flow box. I have two J-tubes going into a 3.25"x 5" section of my overflow box that is in the middle of the overflow and then on each side of that they drain into 3.25"x 3.25" part of the overflow. In each section of the 3.25" x 3.25" there is a 1" drain that goes into my sump.

I am not sure on those but what all have you tried to quiet them down?

I have put 90* 1" elbows on the end of my return lines half way in the water in my sump. I have maid a bell cap with air line in each. What I am doing right now all the above plus the air line goes all the way down and out It all has help to some degree but still noise.
