Hanging anemone not letting go

Have had this anemone hanging for over an hour and a half. Have been sliding a credit card around the edge of the foot but it’s still not letting go. Also have been massaging with ice cubes but still nothing. What should I do? Should I expect it to fall soon?

You can kinda see where I was peeling away at it. And it was hanging alot lower before it retracted when I picked at it

what are you trying to remove it? why not just spin the rock?

I bought it like this, shop owner didn’t want to take it off himself and I kinda see why lol

Let it hang.
Hold it over a bucket of water and let it touch the water.
Curse at it and tell it to get off the rock already.

If nothing else works, put it in the tank with no light and it will start to wander.

 

[Dorking It]

You may want to try the end of a plastic spoon (handle) to coax the foot off. This is what I have been doing and seems to not be damaging the nems.
