I am in need of a new alkalinity test, as my current one is not accurate.

If you have a brand new/unused Hanna Alkalinity Checker that you could ship out today for arrival tomorrow I would like to buy it.

BRS has super fast shipping, I like marine depot too but their shipping leaves something to be desired.

Alkalinity is a fairly easy test and the reagents in a test kit should last for quite a while. You might be better off just stopping at your LFS and picking up a new test kit.
