Hanna Alkalinity Reagent Froze

As the title says, my bottle of Hanna Alkalinity reagent froze during shipping from BRS. I plan to send them an email to get their opinion but I’m curious to know what the R2R family thinks....can I still use the solution? (After it’s thawed obviously).

I don’t believe freezing would change its integrity seeing as though it only went through a physical change.

Do you have any of the old reagent left over to crosscheck the new (frozen) reagent?

It should be fine. There is nothing alive in it, so nothing could die. If it was a live bacteria, it would be a different story.
