Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get my brand new calcium checker to NOT show "L. Lo" (low light) on the screen? I've tried it inside, outside and next to an LED fixture. It's driving me nuts!

I never had that issue, but I did have other issues. Best to mail Hanna. They are responsive. I had to get a .5 ml syringe and Hanna lab quality water before I could get accurate tests. Also I put a tapered tip onto the .5 ml syringe.

Do you have the phosphate one? I do and i always question the accuracy because i can never get all the powder in, especially in the 1:45 they give you.

The powder is easy to manage. Cut the packet along 2 sides and pinch it into a funnel. Watch the Hanna calcium checker on YT for an example.
