Im getting super high readings with the hanna and a little low with the red sea.

Are you using pure, tripple distilled water or something with 18.2mMho conductivity for your dilution ?

The Hanna checker Ca is very sensitive to any calcium in that water as it cause false high readings.

I agree with Randy; I have only gotten a "successful" reading a few times when using the Hanna Calcium Checker and therefore do not recommend it for that reason.

You know i watched a few videos on it last night and it seemed like all of the readings where high on them.
I was getting 500 and above with the hanna and 380 to 400 woth the red sea.
Tested each system 2 times.
