So my checker was always blinking 200 now today it is 92 how much phosphate is that.

92*3.066/1000 = 0.28 ppm
 
Kinda high. Are you having issues with the tank? If not, I would leave it alone.
In the past I wondered why corals didnt grow I have 3 acros for testing and they are brownish green but getting color slowly. Tank is looking better. I am dosing phosphate e

Sounds like you are on the right track. Don't let phosphate bottom out though. You want a little there the help the corals keep their color.
